Spend on the bottleneck
A fixed budget should not be divided equally across channels. If the business has no reviews, fix trust. If the website cannot convert mobile visitors, fix the page. If leads arrive but nobody follows up, fix the handoff before increasing traffic.
The base stack
Use a simple website or landing page, one analytics layer, one shared lead tracker, one primary paid or organic acquisition channel, and one follow-up system. Add a content channel only if it can be maintained from real operating activity rather than staged production.
Where AI helps
Use AI for research summaries, lead classification, first drafts, translation, content repurposing, and reminders. Do not use it to invent customer proof, fake field experience, or make promises a human team cannot keep.
A monthly rhythm
Week one: review the funnel. Week two: improve one page or script. Week three: test one acquisition change. Week four: review lost opportunities. That rhythm produces accumulated learning instead of a pile of disconnected campaigns.
