Furniture is a confidence purchase

Customers are estimating comfort, color, scale, assembly effort and delivery risk from a screen. That means a product page has to replace missing physical certainty with evidence: dimensions, close-ups, real-room photos, delivery details, return rules, and believable reviews.

The decision is shared

A living-room purchase often involves more than one person. One may care about style, another about price, another about whether it fits through the door. Product pages that make comparison easy are easier to share in a household conversation.

Delivery is part of the product

A beautiful sofa with a vague delivery window feels riskier than a slightly less exciting sofa with a clear arrival process. Show what arrives, how large the package is, whether stairs are a problem, and what the customer has to do after unboxing.

For brands: answer the awkward questions early

How firm is it? Does the fabric snag? What happens if the box is damaged? How long until compressed cushions recover? A page that answers uncomfortable questions can build more trust than one filled with superlatives.
